| 摘 要： | 探讨了一种以自动气象站探测实况资料为基础,采用数据库编程等技术,对降水、气温、风速等气象要素进行监控,实现通过电脑语音、字幕、电话振玲、电话语音等方式对灾害性天气发出警报的方法.并据此采用C++Builder开发了一套灾害性天气实况预警业务系统.

| Abstract: | Basing automation weather station(aws) data,using the methods of database programming and C++ Builder,a severe weather warning operational system was designed.Thus such observational data as precipitation,temperature,wind speed and etc are being watched and alerted by computer voice,titles,phone-Ling,and telephone voice. |
