THE APPLICATION OF PROCEDURES TO INVESTIGATIONS

Investigations follow some procedures as the making of commercial product. This article dissertates steps of investigations, and introduces contents function and questions of any step, and expatiates relations of steps, and puts forward measures for some questions at the same time. The author hopes showing a truth by this article, that one procedure very nearly relates to the other one, any step need to be earnestly treated, all people embarking in investigations should pay high attention to procedures of investigations, and assure that the work shall be done in the right way.
