白刺组织培养的研究

摘    要:系统研究了白刺(Nitraria)离体腋芽分化、生根,增殖继代,试管苗移栽等技术。分析唐古特白刺(N.tangutorum)和大果白刺(N.ropouskii)的种间培养差异和液体生根试验.结果表明:白刺离体茎段腋芽分化的最适培养基为"Ms+BA2.0ppm+IBA0.6ppm",再生根培养基为"(1/2)Ms+IBA0.5ppm",试管苗移栽成活率在95%以上。唐古特白刺与大果白刺在分化与生根方面有一定的差异,当分化率最高,生根率最大时,大果白刺所需IBA浓度均略高,液体生根培养液以"(1/2)Ms+IBA0.6PPm"为最好。

Abstract:The division,rooting,rapid multiplicaion and regeneration of the axillary buds,and the transplanting of seedlings of Nitraria L.were studied systematically,So was the cultural difference between N.tungutorum and N.roporowskit.In order to save chemical reagents and cultural time,and to improve the efficiency of culture,we studied the nutrient Lauid culture of rooting.The result showed that for N.tangutorum,most suitable division medium is "Ms+BA2.0ppm"+IBA0.6ppm";best rooting meedlium is "l/2Ms+IBA0.6ppm",the transplanting Survival rate of 20 day seedlings is more than 95%;N.roporowskii is obviously different from N.tangutorum in division and the rooting.For the divisional rate and the rooting rate to be highest,the concentration of IBA must higher.As for the liquid rooting culture,the best nutrient lipuid is "1/4MS+IBA0.6ppm".
