| Abstract: | With the development of petroleum industry,the quantity of petroleum transported by sea and recovered offshore has increased rapidly.Sea oil spill has happened again and again caused by the artificial factors,such as technical matters or wars,resulting in the serious threatening of the coastal and marine environments. |
