| 摘 要： | 海洋油气开发中，钻井费用高，利用新的钻井工艺，不仅可以节省钻井时间，而且可以节约大量费用。结合赵东平台钻井施工中的经验，提出一整套利用新工艺，提高钻井效率的海洋钻井方案。在赵东平台钻井施工中运用该方案，大大提高了钻井效率，取得了很好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | During offshore oil development, the cost of well drilling is expensive. New well drilling technology not only save drilling time, but also save expense. According to drilling and construction experience in Zhaodong platform, this article proposed a set of new technology to enhance the well drilling efficiency. These measures greatly enhanced the well drilling efficiency. |
