| 摘 要： | 论述房地产信息管理系统创建过程。对旧的房产管理模式向新的房地产信息管理平台转换过程出现的问题进行分析研究,提出解决方法。介绍房地产信息管理系统的结构和功能以及该系统运行的可靠性与实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the construction process of real estate information management system.Analytical studies about the problemsin conversion process from old real estate management model to new information management platform is carried out and solutions to the problems are proposed.The function and structure of real estate information management system and its realiability and practice are introduced. |
