中国南海两种无节珊瑚藻——新角石藻和圆锥呼叶藻的形态解剖学和分子生物学鉴定

摘    要:珊瑚藻是一类在细胞间沉积碳酸钙的底栖红藻,在海洋生态系统中广泛分布。然而,在当前全球变暖、海洋酸化等环境变化和人类活动的双重影响下,珊瑚藻的物种多样性已出现逐渐降低的趋势,因此,迫切需要开展对珊瑚藻的种类鉴定工作。本文选用两种在中国南海广泛分布的无节珊瑚藻,通过形态解剖学观察,发现两种藻均具有一组织性构造,髓部藻丝共轴,相邻藻丝间通过细胞融合相连。两种藻均具有单孔的锥形生殖窝,生殖窝明显地突出于体表,其中,藻种SCSIO C004的生殖窝直径为830~1 000μm,且数量较少,藻种SCSIO C005的生殖窝的直径为350~450μm,且数量较多。这些形态学和解剖学特征表明这两种藻均为宽珊藻亚科的种类。基于SSU r DNA和psb A基因序列对两种藻的系统发育关系进一步分析,确定了SCSIO C004为新角石藻(Neogoniolithon brassica-florida (Harvey)),SCSIO C005为圆锥呼叶藻(Pneophyllum conicum (Dawson) Keats),并明确了它们的分类地位。本实验研究结果可为深入探究珊瑚藻的生态功能和生物资源的保护、利用工作提供理论基础。
