| Abstract: | After analysing the demerits of geographic base of present thematic
map series and the necessity of solving the above-mentioned problems,
this paper expoundes the important effects of geographic base on thema-
tic map series and that the contents of geographic base.Based on com-
piling principle,compiling method,and generalization ways etc.,the
author discusses the effective approaches obtainning scientific and pe-
rfective geographic base. |
