| Abstract: | After analysing the demerits of geographic base of present thematicmap series and the necessity of solving the above-mentioned problems,this paper expoundes the important effects of geographic base on thema-tic map series and that the contents of geographic base.Based on com-piling principle,compiling method,and generalization ways etc.,theauthor discusses the effective approaches obtainning scientific and pe-rfective geographic base. |
