| Abstract: | Wind energy is non-pollution energy. Utilizing wind energy to generate electricity is the future focal point of our country in power development. It is proved that wind power resource in Rudong is very abundance, especially in the off shore sanbank and seashore along the line where is suitable to construct a big power plant. |
