摘    要:针对当前地名地址更新周期长的问题,提出一种移动PC一体化的动态更新技术。采用New Map相关服务和移动APP应用相结合的方法,能够有效提高地名地址更新的速度和准确率。以移动PC一体化模式为出发点,综合运用GIS相关技术、移动定位技术、离线地图技术等,成功实现了地名地址动态更新,并成功应用于潍坊等城市的地名地址动态更新工作。

Abstract:According to the renewal cycle of toponymy and address takes too much time, this paper represented a PC-mobile integration technology about real-time data updating. Combining NewMap related services with mobile applications, it can be significantly improved the data updating of toponymy and address's efficiency and accuracy. Based on PC-mobile integration and integrated GIS technology, mobile location technology and offline map technology, the system has been successfully implemented real-time data updating of toponymy and address and applied in Weifang and other cities.
