国家测绘基准管理服务系统建设

国家测绘基准管理服务系统作为"国家现代测绘基准体系基础设施建设一期工程"成果产出的关键环节,通过建设一个国家测绘基准数据中心,搭建了4个业务系统,具备了先进的测绘基准数据管理与处理功能,提升了现代测绘基准成果服务能力;实现了对360个新建和改造GNSS连续运行基准站的数据监控、汇集、管理、交换;实现了GNSS大地控制点、水准及重力数据汇集、管理;实现了每天处理2 000个GNSS连续运行站、大规模GNSS大地控制网的整体平差能力和地心坐标框架的综合分析能力;建设了具备多用户并发访问的Web、FTP网络服务与信息发布的共享服务业务系统。此外,还实现了我国范围内高精度卫星导航增强应用服务。国家测绘基准管理服务系统的成果精度与国际上几大IGS分中心相当。

Construction of the National Geodetic Datum Management and Service System and Analysis of Achievement Accuracy

The national geodetic datum management and service system has set up four sub-systems through the establishment of a national mapping reference data center. With the ability of data management and processing of advanced features the system enhanced the capacity of modern surveying and mapping achievements service. The system realized the ability of data monitoring, collection, management and exchanged 360 newly built and reconstructed GNSS continuous operation reference stations. The system realized the ability of collection and management of the satellite geodetic control point, leveling and gravity data. The system achieved large scale data process and analysis abilities, even more of 2 000 GNSS continuous operation stations daily handing and maintain of geocentric coordinate frame. Multi users' access Web, FTP network services and information sharing service system is build up. Besides, the high precision satellite navigation enhancement application service is realized in the system. The accuracy of the achievement of the national mapping reference management and service system is comparable to that of several major IGS sub-centers in the world.
