国家现代测绘基准建设与服务

国家现代测绘基准建设是国家测绘地理信息局"十二五"期间重大基础设施建设工程,通过国家GNSS连续运行基准站网、国家GNSS大地控制点、国家高程控制网、国家重力基准点以及基准管理服务系统等工程建设,初步实现了实现了我国现代测绘基准的维持和服务能力,为我国现代测绘基准自身建设打下了坚实基础,满足现阶段国家经济建设的需要。本文简要介绍了工程的建设规模,总结了工程的建设特点,提出了工程成果的内容和服务模式,并对我国测绘基准的建设与完善提出了展望。

Construction and Service of the National Geodetic Datum

The infrastructure construction of national geodetic datum modernization is the major project of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation during the "12th Five-Year". This project included the national GNSS continuously operating reference stations, the national GNSS geodetic control network, the national height control network, the gravity datum point and the geodetic datum mangement and service system, and initially realized the modern geodetic datum maintenance and service capabilities, to weet the needs of national economic construction at the present stage. This paper briefly introduces the construction scale of the project, summarizes the characteristics of project construction, points out the service mode. Finally, we put forward the prospect for the construction and improvement of the geodetic datum in China.
