水资源的丰缺和水环境的优劣业已成为影响经济发展和人民生活的重要因素。在研究探讨了萧山围垦地区水资源与水环境基本现状、面临的主要问题及应当采取的相应措施后 ,提出要实行水资源的保护与开发利用并重的方针。着重阐述改造水源地 ,改善水质环境 ,提高供水能力 ,缓解该区缺水难题的具体方案及产生的社会经济效益 ,对地方政府或管理部门的规划、决策具参考价值

Water resource abundance and water environment quality have been the important factor which affected the economic progress and the people's life.This paper discussed water resource and water environment's present situation.the main problem that we're facing with and the main appropriate measures that should be taken.Lastly,a guiding principle was suggested that resource protection and exploring should be taken serious at the same time,This paper focused on transforming the YuJia pond,improving water enviroment,improving the ability of water supplying and specific measures to relax the area's water deficiency which can produce some social and economic benefit results .It can provide some reference value when local government and managementmake programe or policy
