新版建筑工程建筑面积计算规范应用探讨

GB/T 50353-2013建筑工程建筑面积计算规范于2014年7月1日开始实施,该规范是在总结原有规范基础上进行修订的,目前,新规范实施已经一年多了,依据新规范审批的建设工程陆续进入验收阶段,因此,在建筑面积测量中如何正确用好新规范显得尤为重要。本文就新规范的技术要点进行分析,以便于技术人员和管理人员正确使用新规范。

Discussions on Applications of New Version of"Calculation Code for Construction Area of Building"

The “Calculation Code for Construction area of Building” numbered as GB/T 50353-2013 was implemented on July 1st, 2014 .It is revised on the basis of summing original standards .It has been a year since the new standard was implemented .The con-struction projects which were approved according to the new standard have moved into the acceptance stage .And therefore it ’ s very important to make good use of the new standard in surveying construction area of building .In this paper , some techniques in the new standard is to be analyzed in order to help engineers and managers to use the new standard more correctly .
