| 摘 要： | 用３种生长素对龙眼插条进行处理，结果表明：龙眼插条不定根由愈伤组织分化而成，ＩＢＡ 能促进插条的愈伤组织发生，２．４－Ｄ 对插条叶片的保持效果最好，龙眼扦插的难点在于生根过程的后期阶段

| Abstract: | The longan cutting was treated by different plant growth regulator. The results showed that the adventitious roots of longan cutting propagation differentiate from the wound callus. IBA can improve the wound callus. lt is proved that 2.4 D is best for keeping the cutting leaves. The difficulties of longan cutting is in the anaphase of the forming roots. |
