计算机快速位置系统控制

摘    要:讨论了利用pic16f877单片机设计位置控制系统,提出乓乓控制与PID控制相结合的设计方案。根据乓乓控制的原理,推导出由直流力矩电机驱动的快速位置控制最优速度-位置的减速曲线,根据系统参数通过计算把结果存放在存储器相应单元中,由光电编码盘输出脉冲,用MIT法测出实际速度,输入单片机,与最优曲线比较,来确定乓乓开关的通、断,当到达给定位置时。系统由快速控制转为PID控制,保证了位置控制精度,文中已给出了系统硬件结构图和软件流程图。

Abstract:The design of rapid position control system with pic16f877 microchip computer is discussed. The idea of pid together with pang-pang control is adopted. Based on the principle of pang-pang control, the optional velocity-position relationship of rapid control system drived by the d-c torque motor is concluded. The result derived from the calculation of system parameter is stored in the units of the memory. Impulses came from the photo-electronic coder is measured with M/T method to get the real speed, and the speed is fed back to the microcomputer, compared with the optional curve, to determine the on-off state of the switch, when the desiced position is achieved, rapid control is turned to pid control to ensure the accuraey. In this paper, the hardware structure and the software flow-chart are also given.
