惠安县湿地生态系统保护与合理开发利用

通过对惠安县湿地功能和湿地资源的介绍,针对湿地资源保护与开发利用现状,从湿地保护与合理利用的宣传教育、湿地管理体制、开发利用管理与污染以及湿地保护区建设等方面,揭示了湿地保护与管理存在的主要问题,提出了开展湿地保护的宣传教育、增强依法管理湿地资源能力、加强研究湿地重建技术、恢复退化的生态系统、建立湿地保护和合理利用示范点等几点建议,从而进一步保护和维护湿地的生态平衡,促进湿地资源的可持续利用。

Protection and Sustainable Utilization of Wetland Ecosystems in Huian County

The paper delineated wetland functions, wetland resources and thecurrent situation of wetland protection and exploitation in Huian County. Theauthors discussed the problems in wetland protection and management inrelation to the public awareness education, the management systems, the pol-lution control and the construction of wetland natural reserves, etc. Somesuggestions to the existing problems were put forward. These include propa-ganda and education on wetland protection, enhancement of legal manage-ment capability and increasing of researches on wetland restorationtechnologies, restoration of degraded ecosystems, establishment of demon-stration stations of wetland protection and sustainable exploitation, etc.
