依法行政,建立健全我省地震应急救援工作体系

20 0 2年 7月福建省地震局成立应急救援处。之后 ,福建各级政府先后建立了破坏性地震应急指挥机构。 2 0 0 3年 8月 ,福建省地震局、福建省公安消防总队和福建省武警医院三方就联合组建福建省地震紧急救援队事宜达成共识 ,并已联合行文向福建省人民政府请示。 2 0 0 4年 ,福建省地震局继续把建立切合实际并行之有效的地震紧急救援工作体系作为工作重点 ,力求地震应急和震灾救援工作实现组织到位 ,人员到位 ,措施到位 ,制度到位。

Constituting Wholesome Earthquake Emergency Bailout Work System in Fujian Province

The emergency bailout section of seismological bureau of Fujian province was found in July,2002.After the time,the destructive earthquake emergency commanding institutions were found by all levels governments in Fujian province.On Aug,2003,the seismological bureau and public security and fire protection team as well as armed police hospital of Fujian province came to an agreement that joint constituting a earthquake emergency bailout team,and asked for instructions from Fujian province people government by the joint document.In 2004,the seismological bureau of Fujian province keep on the work that constituting practical and effective earthquake emergency bailout work system as their work stress and did their best to realize that the organizations,personals,measures and systems were located.
