| 摘 要： | 针对目前土地变更调查中"直接外业调绘"方法的内外业分离的缺点,本文提出了将GPS、PDA、Arc-PAD三者相结合用于土地变更调查的模式,在需求分析、逻辑结构设计的基础上,提出了适合PDA存储的土地变更数据结构,研究了系统实现的开发方法,并进一步探讨了GPS采集时需要解决的坐标转换问题的解决方法。本文的研究对于改变现行变更调查模式,提高工作效率,减少因内外业分离引起的错误等进行了有益的探索。
