| 摘 要： | “体面劳动”要求给经济以人道的面孔,我国渔民劳动的现状与“体面劳动”的要求存在明显差距。在详细分析我国渔民劳动现状及其产生原因的基础上,提出了渔民实现“体面劳动”需求和对策,以进一步保护渔民的劳动权,实现渔民的“体面劳动”。

| Abstract: | Decent work means granting economy the humanity;the status of fisherman's work has an obvious distance to decent working conditions in China;By comprehensive analysis concerning decent work in the fishing sector,which was discussed for the second time in the 93~(rd) session of International Labour Conference.as to concrete demands and strategies on fisherman's decent work are proposed so further protect fisher's labour right and realize fisherman's decent work. |
