| 摘 要： | 本文从华北三次地震（邢台、海城和唐山地震）的震害调查资料，得到了地震区房屋倒塌率（ＣＲ）和人员死亡率（ＦＲ）满足Ｌｏｇ（ＦＲ）＝Ａ＋Ｂ（ＣＲ）的统计关系．对比研究表明，土坯房的地震死亡率要比表砖木架房的低得多．

| Abstract: | A statistical relation between fatality rate(FR)and building collapse rate(CR)from three earthquakes in North China,which are follows as Log(FR)=A+B(CR),has been introduced in this paper. The comparison studies show that the earthquakefatality rate for adobe buildings is much lower than that for wooden framed buildings withbrick wall. |
