摘    要:运用 He- Ne激光束偏转技术研究金属表面被脉冲 Nd:YAG激光烧蚀时在空气中所产生的冲击波。给出了冲击波前锋的传播轨迹。研究表明 :在近距离处 ,冲击波的传播轨迹接近于强爆炸波轨迹 ;冲击波波速明显大于空气中声速 ;随着传播距离增大 ,冲击波波速逐渐趋近于声速。

Abstract:The shock wave, which is produced in air when the metal surface is ablated by a pulsed Nd:YAG laser, is investigated by means of the He Ne laser beam deflection technique. The trajectory of the shock front is given. In short distance regions, the trajectory of the shock front is close to that of a strong blast wave. The shock speed is remarkably larger than the normal speed of sound in air and it gradually approaches to sound speed with the increment of propagation distance.
