三种化学诱导剂诱导太平洋牡蛎三倍体的比较研究

摘    要:从三倍体率、D幼孵化率、幼虫生长速度、生产成本等方面比较了细胞松驰素 B、二甲基氨基嘌呤、咖啡因三种化学诱导剂诱导太平洋牡蛎产生三倍体的效果。 CB的三倍诱导率最高 ,为91.5% ,但 D幼孵化率最低 ,仅为 5.8% ,且成本最高 ,为 6 - DMAP和咖啡因的 4倍和 50倍。 6 -DMAP的三倍体诱导率略低于 CB,为 88.0 % ,但 D幼孵化率最高 ,为 6 0 .5% ,其成本仅为 CB的1/ 4。咖啡因的三倍体诱导率最低 ,为 82 .4 % ,幼虫孵化率为 30 .2 % ,但其成本最低 ,仅为 CB的 2 %和 6 - DMAP的 8%。三种诱导剂诱导的三倍体群幼虫在生长速度及成活率方面无显著差别。

Abstract:The effects on inducing triploid pacific oyster were compared of Cytochalasin B (CB), 6 Dimethylaminopurine (6 DMAP) and Caffeine in the aspects of triploid rate, hatching rate, growth of larvae and price etc. The results show that CB yielded the highest triploid rate, 91.5%, and the lowest D shaped larvae rate, only 5.8%, with the highest price, which is about 4 and 50 times of that by 6 DMAP and Caffeine, respectively. 6 DMAP yielded a little lower triploid rate, 88%, but the highest D shaped larvae rate, 60.55, and its price is only 1/4 of that by CB. Caffeine induced the lowest triploid rate, 82.4%, the D shaped larvae rate is 30.2%, lower than that by 6 DMAP, but higher than by CB and its price is the cheapest, only 2% and 8% of that by CB and 6 DMAP respctively. There was no significant difference in the growth and survival among the triploid larvae induced by CB, 6 DMAP and Caffeine.
