| 摘 要： | Foraminifera is one of the most important fossil faunas of the marineCretaceous and Paleocene in the Western Tarim Basin,which can be divided into9 communities.This paper deals mainly with the changes of environmentsin which the foraminiferal communities existed,especially with the changesof temperature and salinity revealed by analyses of test composition and traceelements in the tests,and by statistic studies of species density,richness,diversity,equitability and dominance.

| Abstract: | Foraminifera is one of the most important fossil faunas of the marine Cretaceous and Paleocene in the Western Tarim Basin, which can be divided into 9 communities.
