Abstract: | It is reasonable that neighboring coronal loops may obtain similar momentum during a flare. The fast kink oscillations (FKOs) between them are thus mainly influenced by their physical differences. We discuss the dependencies of FKO on the physical properties of coronal loops in a low-(beta ) thin-tube approximation. From the analysis, we obtain the analytic relationship between the density [(rho _{mathrm{i}})] and magnetic field [(B)] of loops and the corresponding period [(tau )] and amplitude [(A)] of FKO, which may provide us with a powerful tool to diagnose the physical differences between neighboring loops. |
