| 摘 要： | 随着城市建设步伐的加快,越来越多的部门将GIS引入房产管理中。房产地理信息分类编码是房产GIS建设中最基本的问题。目前,房产专题信息的分类编码标准暂时还没有统一制定,因而各地在建设自己的房产管理信息系统时,往往根据地方的传统管理模式建立房屋的编码体系。在这篇论文中,将深入讨论上述问题,并提出一种新的编码体系。
