线纹尖塘鳢仔幼鱼的生长发育与池塘育苗研究

摘    要:线纹尖塘鳢的胚后发育大致分为仔鱼、稚鱼、幼鱼和成鱼期。初孵仔鱼仅2.875mm。前期仔鱼混合营养期短,仅2~3d。后期仔鱼为器官发育、奇鳍条基本形成期,历时10d,平均全长从4.31mm增至8.97mm。稚鱼为器官分化完毕,奇偶鳍条分节、鳞被形成期,历时27~29d,长至平均全长27.79mm。早期幼鱼鳞被等发育完善,进入生长时期。仔鱼开口饵料为150~200μm轮虫,其摄饵大小与口宽呈正相关。15mm后稚鱼可驯饵摄食人工混合料。对仔、稚、幼鱼的生长测定结果显示,全长与日龄呈线性关系L=0.5289t-0.7354(r2=0.9720),体重与日龄呈指数函数关系,W=0.8236e0.1267t(r2=0.9611),全长与体重呈幂函数关系,曲线回归方程W=0.0045L3.2527,b=3.2527,属匀速生长型。采用池塘培水,添加外源饵料生物系列,稚鱼全长15mm时开始驯饵。2002-2005年共培育全长2.2~3.4cm早期幼鱼523.7万尾,仔鱼培育成15mm稚鱼的成活率为26.8%,培育成早期幼鱼的成活率为75.7%。

Abstract:The stage of post-embryo growth of Oxyeleotris lineolatus is approximately divided into three parts:larva, juvenile and young fish . The newly hatched larva is small in size, only 2.875 mm long. The mixed feeding stage of pre-larva is short, only 2-3 days. In the developmental period of post-larvae, which lasts for 10 days, its organ begins to differentiate and fins are basically formed with an average body length from 4.31 mm to 8.79 mm. In the period of 27 to 29 days, the organ differerntiation have finished, the odd and even fins are formed with an average body length of 27.79 mm during juvenile, After the scales of the young are fully developed, it enters into a period of rapid growth. The initial baits of larva are 150-200 μm Brachionus, and it is a positive proportion between bait and orifice width.15 days later , the post-juvenile can be domesticated to ingest synthetic baits. The results of growth tests for larva, juvenile and young Oxyeleotris lineolatus are as follows: (1) the relationship between total length and age is linear, L= 0.528 9 t 0.735 4 ( r2= 0.972 0); (2) the relationship between weight and age is exponential, W=0.823 6 e0.126 7t ( r2 =0.961 1); (3) the relationship between length and weight is described by W=0.004 5 L3.252 7, b=3.252 7, indicating the growth with a uniform function. We use pond culture water, add exterior biologic baits series,and begin to domesticate baitswhen juveniles get to 15 mm long. There have been 5.273 million seedlings cultured in pond with the specification of 2.2 3.4 cm long from 2002 to 2005. The survival rate from larva to 15 mm length juvenile is 26.8% ,and the survival rate of development to pre-young is 75.7%.
