| 摘 要： | 将空间决策支持系统的概念和理论引入到城镇土地佑价中,基于GIS平台建立了城镇土地估价空间决策支持系统.对该系统设计目标与需求分析、系统结构、数据库设计等进行了阐述,并介绍了该系统的功能.通过城镇土地估计空间决策支持系统的建立使城镇土地佑价工作更加科学化、系统化、信息化.

| Abstract: | The papers designed the urban land appraisal spatial decision support system based on GIS and the concept and theory of spatial decision support system,and illustrated the design objective,demand analysis,the logic structure of system,system Database and the functions of the System.Through the urban land appraisal spatial decision support system,the urban land appraisal work will be more scientific,systematic and informatization. |
