| 摘 要： | 集体土地所有权数据库是集体土地确权登记发证工作的一部分,随着集体土地确权发证工作的完成,数据库的质量检查尤为重要。本文根据郑州市内五区集体土地所有权数据库质检的实际情况,通过分析研究,对数据库质检中常见的问题进行了归纳,并提出了相应的解决办法和工作建议,为切实加强县级集体土地所有权数据库建设提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The Database of collective land ownership is part of the Collective land approval work of registration and certification.Along with the completion of license issued work, the database quality become very important.Based on the five district of Zhengzhou-Cit-y’ s collective land ownership database quality inspection of the actual situation.By Analyzing Data, the paper summarize several questions in database quality common, put forward the solutions and suggestions, which could be useful for the Construction in the county level database construction of collective land ownership. |
