土地开发整理的生态安全评价--以江苏黄河故道为例

文章运用生态安全评价法，分析了江苏省境内黄河故道区土地开发整理后的粮食安全、水利安全、生境变化、人口密度的变化。结合该地区景观格局度量参数和景观阈值，定性分析了土地开发整理前后度量参数和阈值的变化情况，并建立了Delphi经验统计判断法模型公式，对区内10个县的生态安全综合因素量化解析，从而为黄河故道及相似流域土地资源的合理开发整理提供指导。

Ecological Safety Evaluation of Land Consolidation in the Old Course of the Yellow River Area in Jiangsu Province

This paper uses the safe evaluation method of the ecology,analyse grain security,water conservancy security,habitat change,density of population change in the old course of the Yellow river area land development.And combine the parameter of landscape's pattern and threshold value of the landscape,the change of the parameter and threshold value before and after the land development of qualitative analysis is put in order. Set up Delphi experience judge model formula and applies it to 10 counties ecology safe comprehensive factor in this area.Thus offer guidance for the reasonable development of the land resources of the old course of the Yellow River and some other similar basins.
