湖南省区域经济差异及区域经济发展对策研究

该文定量分析 90年代以来湖南省区域经济差异的动态变化特征 ,阐述区域经济差异与区域整体经济增长的关系及省域经济差异警戒水平。认为重视效率仍是当前湖南省发展经济的主要出发点 ,但考虑到区域经济差异不断扩大使整体经济发展速度减缓的事实 ,提出要跟踪省域经济差异警戒水平 ,采取适度的倾斜与均衡发展政策 ,实施点轴系统空间开发模式 ,在发展中逐步缩小差异 ,促进省域经济持续发展。

On the Regional Economic Differences andCountermeasures of Economic Development in Hunan Province

The characteristics of dynamic variation of regional economic differences of Hunan province in 1990s are analyzed quantitatively and the relationship between the regional economic differences and the development of the total economy is expounded. The warn level of the economic differences is researched as well. It's raised that paying attention to efficiency should be the main starting point of developing economy in the present. Considering that the regional economic differences are enlarging and have made the total economic development slowing down, the author proposes following the warn level: taking the suitable tilted and balanced development policy, putting the point axle developmental model into effect and lessening the differences while developing so as to make the whole province economy growing continuously and healthily.
