摘    要:采用剩磁定量检测技术方法,对雷电灾害现场进行勘察、检测和调查鉴定,深入分析雷击成因,为灾害事故定性提供了科学准确的判定依据。同时,对多起事故的鉴定结论进行研究分析,总结苏州地区的雷电灾害发生规律和特点,从而科学合理地制定防雷预案,因地制宜地采取有效防御措施。

Abstract:By means of the quantitative technical methods of remanence detection,detections and investigations were conducted in the disaster spots of lightning disasters to analyze the formation causes and to provide bases for disaster identification.An analysis is made of the identification results of a great number of lightning incidents,and the occurrence characteristics and regularities of lightning disasters in Suzhou are summarized,for making the scientific and reasonable plan for lightning protection and take effective measures to reduce lightning disasters.
