摘    要:在评述中国地壳形变、应变连续观测技术30年发展成就的基础上,论述和分析建立我国地壳形变、应变连续观测台网数字化网络系统的必要性及实施思路和方法。提出了该领域待深入研究的几个问题,为本领域跨世纪持续发展、跟踪国际前沿做好技术准备

Abstract:Based on the achivements of the continuous observation techniques of crustal deformation for 30 years, the neccesity, philosophy and method for establishing third generation digital network system of crustal deformation observation are discussed, and some problems to research further in these realms are pointed out in order to prepare conditions for developing over the century and following the international forward position.
