区域高分数据与应用中心建设方案初探

随着高分辨率对地观测系统建设的发展,开展高分对地观测数据处理与应用迫在眉睫。分散在各行业的高分数据与应用中心在高分数据普及应用方面具有一定的局限性,在一定区域范围内建立高分数据与应用中心势在必行。本文叙述了建设区域(主要是省级行政区域)高分数据处理与应用中心的目的意义,设计了建设方案,简要分析了数据中心的应用领域,对高分数据与应用中心建设有借鉴意义。

Discuss the Scheme of Constructing the Regional High-resolutioned Data Progressing and Application Center

With the progress of the high-resolutioned earth observation system, it is extremely urgent to carry out the high-resolutioned earth observation data processing and application. Due to the centers of the high resolutioned data and application scattered in various industries has certain limitation in popularity and application of the data, it gets to be imperative to establish high-resolutioned data and application center within a certain area. This paper discusses the purposes and the significance of constructing high-resolutioned data processing and application centers ( mainly at the provincial administrative regions) , designs the construction scheme, and even briefly analyzes the application fields of the data center. I assume this has reference significance for the construction of high-resolu-tioned data and application center .
