摘    要:近岸海底管道受海流影响,原处于掩埋状态的管道易出现裸露及悬空情况,掌握海底管道在位状态变化趋势是对其实施安全管理的关键和基础。以东海杭州湾海域内长距离海底输油管道为例,根据 2008—2021 年连续多年采用声学探测方法获取的管道外检测资料及成果,在统计分析海底管道历年状态变化趋势的基础上,重点分析管道悬空、裸露状态的游移变化情况及悬空段的分布特征;针对管道悬空频现、悬空长度较长的风险区,分析管道悬空的主要特征及管道附近海床冲淤演变情况,为海底管道安全运行管理及悬空段防护决策提供数据支撑,为海底管道检测频率、管道状态变化分析提供案例参考。

Abstract:Offshore submarine pipelines are susceptible to exposure and suspension due to the influence of sea currents, posing a significant challenge for safety management. Understanding the changing trends of submarine pipelines in terms of their position is crucial for effective safety measures. This study focuses on a long-distance subsea oil pipeline in the Hangzhou Bay area of the East China Sea. Utilizing data and results obtained from acoustic detection-based external inspections conducted annually from 2008 to 2021, the study statistically analyzes the trend of the pipeline condition over the years. Specifically, it examines the migration and changes in the suspended and exposed status of the pipeline, as well as the distribution characteristics of the suspended sections. Additionally, the study analyzes the risk areas associated with frequent pipeline suspensions and long suspension lengths. It investigates the main characteristics of pipeline suspensions and the evolution of seabed erosion and siltation near the pipeline. The findings provide valuable data support for the safe operation management of submarine pipelines and the decision-making process for protecting suspension sections. Moreover, the study serves as a reference for analyzing the detection frequency and status changes of submarine pipelines.
