| 摘 要： | 该文依据外滩防汛墙多年的沉降观察资料，对外滩防汛墙由地面沉降和结构沉降而出现的防汛能力降低的问题进行研究。综合结构沉降与地面沉降因素，分析了1984年和2002年黄浦江潮位标准下外滩防汛墙二期现有防御能力及其下降趋势。

| Abstract: | The authors studied on the influence of structural settlement and ground subsidence on the flood-prevention capability of flood-control wall. Combining the settlement with subsidence, the flood-prevention capability of the flood-control wall at present and in the future was analyzed and valued based on the tide levels respectively in 1984 and 2002. |
