双参数威布尔分布函数在希尼尔水库风速资料分析中的应用

介绍计算威布尔分布参数的累积分布函数拟合法、平均风速和标准差估计法、平均风速和最大风速估计3种算法，并应用此算法计算了希尼尔水库地区的风速威布尔分布参数。将拟合的风速概率分布与同期的风速实际频率分布结果进行分析，并将拟合曲线应用到实际中，对希尼尔水库风能资源开发做初步评价。

Application of Weibull Distribution Function for Analyzing Wind Velocity Data in Xinier Reservoir

This paper calculated Weibull distribution parameters of wind speed with three methods and compared with them.Firstly introduced three common methods: the fitting method of cumulative distribution function,the estimation method of average wind speed and standard deviation,and the estimate of average wind speed and maximum wind speed.Then the Weibull parameters of Xinier reservoir area was calculated separately by three methods above.In order to check up the effect of three different methods,the calculated probability distribution of wind speed of Xinier Reservoir area compared with the actual frequency distribution of wind speed,the obtained fitting curves was applied to practice and a pseliminary evaluation to the wind energy resources development of Xinier Reservoir was done.
