| Abstract: | In the light of ore sale, manganese deposits were firstly found out in Liping County. The discovery of manganese ores is thought highly of by the county government and Land and Source department,thereafter a team of geologic specialists organized by Land and Source Bureau of Liping County made a specific investigation on the manganese resource in Lengshuitang area. According to the data collected by field surveying and joined with regional geologic data, a brief introduction on the geologic setting, attributes and oreforming factors of the manganese deposit is made, aiming at the prospecting potential and significance of economic geology and highlighting the economic increasing potential of undeveloped areas. |
