基于3DGIS的数字江宁的实现

数字江宁系统通过大场景制作、Creator建模、地形数据建库等一系列数据准备步骤,利用ESRI的ArcEngine嵌入式开发组件技术,对江宁区进行了3D数字实现.由此建立的数字江宁将是城市管理的重要内容,它具有实体模型所达不到的仿真空间效果.对相关部门管理人员来说,将城市仿真作为城市管理、公众参与、展现城市的手段,其效果是明显的,身临其境的参与能力使得它必将是城市管理的一种创新手段.

The Realization of Digital Jiangning Based on 3D GIS

Based on a series of data preparing work,such as the oversized scene manufacture,the Creator modelling and con- structing database from terrain data,the Digital Jiangning System has carried out the 3D numeral realization to the Jiangning by using the ESRI ArcEngine embedded component develop technology.The Digital Jiangning System is the important content of the city management,it has a function of space simulation which the real model can't be achieved.For a department administra- tive personnel,city simulation can be considered as a sensible method for public participate in city management,experiences per- sonally on the scene,it is going to be an innovative way of city management.
