| Abstract: | The zirconium content of six carbonate rock reference samples has been determined by a spectrophotometric method using xylenol orange after sample decomposition by acid digestion or alkali fusion. The interference of calcium was eliminated by adding the same concentration of calcium to the blank solution. |
