| 摘 要： | 黄河基本河情信息发布系统是使用ARCIMS开发的基于INTERNET/INTRANET面向用户提供流域自然地理、社会经济和治理开发等各方面信息以及地理信息基础设施建设情况的信息发布系统。详细地介绍了系统的总体设计,包括平台和技术路径的选择、系统的数据体系和发布流程、系统的结构体系等,并深入剖析了ARCIMS客户端请求/响应模型和基于HTML和JAVASCRIPT的客户端开发技术,在此基础上完成了对黄河基本河清信息发布系统的开发。

| Abstract: | It presents Yellow River Information Publishing System based on ArcTMS.The system provides the river state information which includes the natural geography,social economy,exploitation and renovation,the infrastructure of geographic information systerm,etc.It describes in detail the system design and structure and discusses ArcIMS user-terminal techniques based on HTML and JavaScript. |
