加强水在自然资源要素耦合作用中的观测研究探究山水林田湖草生命共同体统一管理

摘    要:水是自然界中最活跃、最关键的要素,是地球各圈层间、各自然要素间相互作用的主要桥梁和纽带,也是资源系统中联系各种资源的桥梁和纽带。从生态水文学研究发展动态角度出发,提出了自然资源要素综合观测要加强水作用过程的观测研究; 从生态平衡、生态环境、资源环境3个术语的科学内涵角度,阐明了生态、资源、环境观测-监测研究的本质。

Enhancing the observational study of the coupling effect of water on natural resource elements and exploring the unified management of the life community of mountains,waters, forests,famland, lakes and grassland

Abstract:Water is the most active and crucial factor in nature, and it is the main bridge and link among each of the Earth’s circles and natural elements. Besides, water is also the bridge and link connecting various resources in the resource system. The author in this paper has proposed to enhance the observational study of water effect in the natural resource elements observational study, from the perspective of the development of ecological hydrology. The essence of ecological, resources and environmental observation and monitoring research has also been pointed out, from the scientific connotations of three terms, namely ecological balance, ecological environment and resource environment.
