| 摘 要： | 个体的福利可以反映其需求的满足程度,一个地区居民的总体福利可以反映该地满足居民需求的能力大小.通过调查问卷可以测量个体的幸福指数,将地区内所有居民的幸福指数加总平均,即可得出当地的国民幸福指数,国民幸福指数与居民出生时的预期寿命结合,可以得到反映该地居民能幸福生活多久的指标:幸福生活预期.幸福生活预期能更全面地反映地区...
