| 摘 要： | 从整体考虑，从可持续发展的内涵出发，运用经济统计的理论与方法，构表征水资源、社会、经济、环境协调发展状况的指标体系。指标体系由总量指标、比例指标、强度指标三个部分组成。综合评价指数是指标体系的基本上建立的。综合评价指数包括协调系数和可持续系数。协调系数用来评价水资源、社会、经济、环境的协调状况。水资源可持续开发利用状况用可持续系数来评价。

| Abstract: | Taking the whole consideration and sustainable development as a starting point, this paper constructed an index system by using the theory and method of economic statistics, which can stae the harmonious development situation of water resource, society, economy, and environment. This index system is composed of three sections: gross index, proportion index and intensity index. Synthetical evaluation indexes are constructed on the base of index system which consist of harmonious coefficient and sustainable coefficient. The harmonious coefficient depicts the correspondent status of Water Resource, Environment, Society and Economy. Meanwhile the sustainable development and using status of water resource is depicted by the sustainable coefficient. |
