| 摘 要： | 作者从历史角度介绍了关于叠层石生物学命名上存在的争议，简要论述了建立叠层石命名法规的重要性，并讨论了叠层石分类原Ⅻ。为了摆脱叠层石命名和分类上的误区，作者提出了三点建议。
