| Abstract: | Through study on the present practical difficulties and its occurring reasons in the geological exploration units, this paper hold that the geological exploration units should bring the superiority of the talent and technic into full play, and it emphasizes that build up stable key enterprises with the aim of the establish its position in socialist market economy. |
