长江流域经济发展水平差异的实证分析

该文运用不同测度指标从动态和静态方面分析了长江流域经济发展水平差异及其变化趋势。研究结果表明，自1992年以来，长江流域经济发展水平的绝对差异迅速拉大，区域产业结构的演进水平及区域城镇化水平由东向西呈明显的阶梯状分布。动态分析进一步表明，目前长江流域东部地区仍以较快速度发展；中部地区发展速度放慢；西部地区在西部大开发的促动下，经济发展速度加快，与中部地区的差距逐步缩小。

Study on the Economic Development Difference in the Changjiang River Valley

This paper analyses the characteristics of economic development imbalance in the Changjiang River Valley in regional economic growth,industrial structure and urbanization perspective,and also construes statically and dynamically the difference of economic development level in the Changjiang River Valley and its progress tendency,which is based on disparate measure index.The conclusions are as follows: 1)Since 1992,the absolute difference of the economic development level has been steadily expanding and the evolution of the regional industrial structure and the level of urbanization has emerged in stair distribution from the East to the West in the Changjiang River Valley.2)The dynamical analysis makes clear that the development in the East in the Changjiang River Valley is still fast at present and in the West is accelerating.3)The causes of the difference of economic development level in the Changjiang River Valley are the objective condition and the first stage of industrialization and insufficient effective demand.However,this is the normal expression of social productivity.4) To reduce the difference of the economic development in the Changjiang River Valley it is necessary to improve the investment environment,open up the source of capital,bring forth new ideas in technology and increase the education input,and attain the goal of enhancing the level of productivity in the West and reducing the regional difference in the whole valley.
