3S技术在农村土地承包经营权调查中的应用

以涞水县胡家庄乡为例,以无人机航拍正射遥感影像叠加行政村界线图为工作底图,首先以行政村为单位进行大地块划分,然后按自然村、组、户、地块的顺序进行调查。利用影像的空间、纹理等特征,采用图解法测量地块边界及界址坐标。在零碎地块、地块边缘以及影像判读不清的情况下,利用GNSS-CORS技术实地测量获取地块界址点坐标。利用GIS技术进行图解法和实测法的数据处理与融合,获取完整的承包地块图,确定地块位置、面积、四至等信息,从而获得权威的农村土地承包经营权调查成果。

The Application of 3S Technologies in Rural Land Contractual Management Right Investigation

This paper takes Hujiazhuang township of Laishui County for example.Firstly,basing on the aerial DOM by unmanned aerial vehicle overplayed with the map of administrative boundaries,the author divides the village to many large geo-blocks,then does some investigation work following in the order of village,group,household and block.After that,the RS technology is used to do some land survey work based on investigation mentioned above,texture and spatial feature of DOM.To solve the problem of inaccurate fragmented plots and uncertain interpretation of DOM,the author takes the measurement method using GNSS-CORS technology.Lastly.The GIS technology is used to process and fuse the two results of methods mentioned above to be sure of position,area,and four boundaries information,and further to obtain the authoritative results of rural land contractual management right investigation.
