综合市情共享交换平台研究与实践

随着大数据时代的到来,我国以城市为单位的社会公共信息资源共享面临机遇与挑战.目前获取数据的手段依然匮乏,政府部门是大数据的实际掌握者.本文研究了政府部门间数据共享交换的模式及策略,提出了文档资料、数据库、服务接口、空间文件4种共享模式以及"宽进严出"的共享策略,设计了综合市情共享交换平台的总体架构及关键技术,以SuperMap GEO-ESB技术为核心,实现了数据从共享、发布、应用到运维管理的全流程服务.

Research and Practice of Sharing and Exchanging Platform for Comprehensive City Condition

With the arrival of large data age, the sharing of social public information resources in cities is facing lots of opportunities and challenges. The means of obtaining data are still scarce, and the government departments are the actual masters of large data. This paper studies the mode and strategy of data sharing and exchange between government departments, and puts forward the sharing strategies of document data, database, service interface, spatial file sharing mode and "wide entry and strictness", and designs a comprehensive sharing platform. The overall architecture and key technologies uses SuperMap GEO-ESB technology as the core to a-chieve the data which eventually used for sharing, publishing and application to the operation and maintenance management of the whole process of service.
