| 摘 要： | 本文以福州市为例,本着充分利用已有工作资料,减少重复建设和资金浪费的原则,同时遵循地籍调查和房屋调查的有关规范要求,重点探讨房地合一调查的关键问题,如工作底图、摸底调查、地籍房屋调查的方法、宗地分层表示的方法、房屋调查和测量的方法和精度等方面,同时对调查过程中存在的问题提出自己的建议。

| Abstract: | Taking Fuzhou City as an example, with the purpose of making full use of the existing data, reduce duplication and waste of money, the paper taking into account requirements of the relevant norms of cadastral survey and housing survey, focus to explore the real estate key problems, such as working map, diagnostic survey, cadastral investigation of housing, parcel hierarchical representation method, housing survey and measurement methods and precision, also the problems and suggestions existing in the course of the investigation are also presented. |
